02 · Privacy Policy
Version 2.0 (Draft) · Effective Date pending counsel review · Prepared 2026-07-17
1. The Short Version
This WEBSITE runs no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, and sets no tracking cookies. The COMPANY collects only what YOU deliberately submit through the WEBSITE's forms, plus the minimal technical logs any web server generates. The COMPANY does not sell personal information. That is the whole model, and the sections below are the fine print that backs it up.
2. Information WE Collect
- Form submissions. When YOU submit a form on the WEBSITE, WE receive exactly what YOU enter: name, email address, phone number, company, title, message content, and, where applicable, resume files and application details.
- Server logs. The hosting infrastructure automatically records standard technical data, including IP address, user agent, requested pages, and timestamps, used solely for security, abuse prevention, and operational integrity.
- SMS program. If YOU opt in to the COMPANY's text messaging program, WE collect YOUR phone number and consent record. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out at any time.
3. What WE Do Not Do
- WE do not run third-party analytics or advertising services on the WEBSITE.
- WE do not set cookies for tracking, profiling, or advertising.
- WE do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Not to data brokers, not to ad networks, not to anyone.
- WE do not enrich, score, or append YOUR submitted data with third-party data sets.
4. How WE Use Information
Information YOU submit is used to respond to YOU, to provide and operate the services YOU request, to evaluate applications YOU submit, to maintain the security of the WEBSITE, and to comply with applicable law. Resumes submitted through the veterans program are governed by the stricter confidentiality terms in the MILITARY VETERANS RESUME REVIEW TERMS OF SERVICE below.
5. Third-Party Services
The WEBSITE links to a small number of external services that the COMPANY uses to operate: a scheduling service (Calendly) for booking consultations, a professional networking platform (LinkedIn), and the COMPANY's hosting and email infrastructure providers. When YOU leave the WEBSITE for a third-party service, that service's own privacy policy governs YOUR interaction with it. The COMPANY selects infrastructure vendors with data minimization in mind.
6. Retention
WE retain form submissions and correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to serve the purpose for which they were submitted, to maintain business records, and to satisfy legal obligations, after which they are deleted.
7. YOUR Rights and Choices
YOU may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information WE hold about YOU by emailing Legal@DavidsonAvionics.com. WE will honor valid requests as required by applicable law. If YOU do not want the COMPANY to process YOUR data at all, do not submit it through the WEBSITE.
8. Minors
The WEBSITE is a business-to-business and professional services site. It is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and the COMPANY does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
9. Changes
The COMPANY may modify this PRIVACY POLICY at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page with an updated version stamp. It is YOUR responsibility to review this page periodically.
03 · Military Veterans Resume Review Terms of Service
Version 2.0 (Draft) · Effective Date pending counsel review · Prepared 2026-07-17
1. Purpose
DAVIDSON AVIONICS, LLC (the "COMPANY") offers a complimentary resume review service (the "SERVICE") exclusively to United States military veterans (each, a "VETERAN"). The SERVICE is provided solely as a goodwill gesture. It is not a job posting, a recruitment effort, or an employment opportunity.
2. Eligibility
To use the SERVICE, a participant must be a VETERAN of the United States Armed Forces and must submit a resume solely for the purpose of receiving feedback and editing suggestions. The COMPANY reserves the right to verify eligibility and to decline any submission at its sole discretion.
3. Nature of the SERVICE
The SERVICE is free of charge. Submission of a resume does not create an employment application and does not establish any contractual relationship beyond these TERMS. The COMPANY provides general feedback, formatting suggestions, and editorial advice only, and does not guarantee placement, interviews, or any specific outcome.
4. No Guarantee of Employment
The VETERAN acknowledges that participation in the SERVICE does not guarantee employment, interview invitations, or any hiring decision by the COMPANY or any third party, and that the COMPANY makes no representations regarding the effectiveness of the feedback provided.
5. Confidentiality and Ownership
All resumes and accompanying information submitted by a VETERAN are treated as confidential and are used exclusively to provide the SERVICE. The COMPANY will not share, sell, or otherwise disclose a VETERAN's resume to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law. The VETERAN retains all ownership rights in their resume, and the COMPANY receives no license beyond the scope of the SERVICE.
6. Hold Harmless and Indemnification
The VETERAN agrees to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify the COMPANY, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "INDEMNITEES") from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of the VETERAN's submission, the VETERAN's reliance on the feedback provided, or any alleged infringement of third-party rights resulting from resume content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the INDEMNITEES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or relating to the SERVICE.
8. Termination, Governing Law, and Amendments
The COMPANY may terminate a VETERAN's access to the SERVICE at any time, with or without cause, by written notice. These TERMS are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with disputes resolved in Bexar County, Texas. The COMPANY may amend these TERMS at any time by posting the current version on this page; continued participation constitutes acceptance. By submitting a resume, the VETERAN acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these TERMS.
